Trailblazers Rally - 5th July 2009

I would like to extend congratulations to Anil on his victory in the Off-Roaders class in the Trailblazers rally on Sunday.
Anil joined our club this year and has already proved to be an excellent driver with a good machine. I do find Anil's jeep to
be quite well balanced. 31" tyres with excellent traction/cleaning that is not overbearing on his 3 cyl 660 turbo engine.
Congrats also to Frankie who came in 3rd, this was an excellent result for him considering that he attended due to too much
rain for working tractor that morning, had high blood pressure on the morning and limped to the finish with a bent front
banjo damaged in the sand pits.

The overall winners however are all the guys who choose to attend since the day proved to be a lot of fun. I am proud to see
all the guys pulled together on Sunday to assist anyone who needed help and also conduct their driving in a safe and
responsible manner.

-Sheldon

Congratulations also to the second placed team of Sheldon and Sabrina. A combination of beauty and brains - I am referring
to Sabrina. Well done Sheldon. You also overcame the obstacles in the special stages.
